The unit we got was big and practical with comfortable bed. The hotel had a particularly good location in The San Jose area.

Loved our great stay for the price. Exceptional location in Bay Area, POLITE staff, everything was brand-new. The beds were exceptionally comfortable and the rooms were neat and cool. It had a microwave, coffee/tea makers and a fridge.

breakfast was fine. without any problem a late check-out until 12. 00 o'clock was possible
unfriendly staff at check-in. card did not work for opening the room and so we had to go to the reception again. room stank strongly of smoke. after another visit to the reception and complaint we got another room
